Production Designer (Contract)
Cultivate partners with experienced graphic designers in a Production Designer capacity on a project basis, supporting active brand and marketing engagements as needs arise. Working alongside our Design Director and project teams, this role applies established brand systems to finished deliverables across print and digital—collateral, presentations, environmental graphics, social assets, packaging, and more—ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy in the final output.
This is a flexible, remote-friendly contract role suited for a designer who works independently, communicates clearly, and can step in seamlessly when additional capacity is needed. You bring a strong foundation in typography and layout, several years of professional graphic design experience, and fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Motion skills are a plus, but attention to detail and reliability matter most.
