Production Designer (Contract)
Cultivate partners with experienced graphic designers in a Production Designer capacity on a project basis, supporting active brand and marketing engagements as needs arise. Working alongside our Design Director and project teams, this role applies established brand systems to finished deliverables across print and digital—collateral, presentations, environmental graphics, social assets, packaging, and more—ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy in the final output.
This is a flexible, remote-friendly contract role suited for a designer who works independently, communicates clearly, and can step in seamlessly when additional capacity is needed. You bring a strong foundation in typography and layout, several years of professional graphic design experience, and fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Motion skills are a plus, but attention to detail and reliability matter most.
Photographer, Videographer & Drone Operator (Contract)
We believe in making work that matters, and we’re building a network of freelance photographers, videographers, and drone operators who can help us capture it. Assignments are project-based and often on active construction sites. We’re looking for people who can find compelling stories in real working environments, from the scale of a jobsite to the details that show the care behind the work.
You might specialize in photography, video, or drone, or work across disciplines. You bring a strong visual eye, dependable communication, and the ability to work from a creative brief while recognizing opportunities in the field. Experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments is a plus. Comfort working on active jobsites, following site safety requirements, and coordinating with crews is essential. Drone operators should hold the certifications and insurance appropriate to the assignment.
To apply, use the form below. Tell us your location and travel availability, your specialties, and share a portfolio or reel (construction and industrial work especially). Include your equipment, whether you offer editing and post-production, your typical rates and availability, and any safety training, insurance, and drone credentials.
