To better reflect its evolution and vision for the future, Skender partnered with Cultivate to redesign its website and strengthen its digital presence.
The Challenge
Skender’s previous website, last updated in 2018, no longer reflected the company’s forward-thinking approach or showcased its diverse project portfolio with clarity and impact. The site structure lacked flexibility, and the user experience made it difficult to access key content efficiently. With internal and external audiences relying on the site for everything from project insights to hiring needs, Skender needed a more dynamic, organized, and brand-aligned platform.
Our Approach
Cultivate reimagined the Skender.com experience with a focus on user-centered design, clean navigation, and strategic content delivery. We restructured the site architecture to make it faster and easier for users to explore Skender’s markets, services, and projects. Visual enhancements included bold typography, purposeful motion, and selective use of the signature Skender red to create a modern and elevated look.
We refreshed core content across key pages and designed more dynamic layouts for markets and project portfolios. New micro-interactions and kinetic design elements improved engagement while maintaining a sense of simplicity and polish. ADA/WCAG compliance, page speed optimization, and seamless integration with platforms like Mailchimp and ADP ensured a strong technical foundation. And all of it remained on the familiar WordPress platform, with a back-end tailored to Skender’s needs.

The intuitive architecture and fast-loading pages help users find what they need—quickly.
