The Cultivate team brings home three Grand Prize Winners amongst eleven NYX Awards

We are always proud of the work created by our small and mighty team. Having their excellent work recognized by winning NYX Awards – three Grand Prize, five Gold, and three Silver to be precise – is just the icing on the cake.

NYX Awards is the leading international awards program that recognizes, celebrates, and honors excellence in marketing, communication, and creativity across all facets of industries and mediums.

Since it’s our people who make Cultivate, and the creative magic happen, we asked those involved with our Grand Prize Winners to share about the project – their inspiration, goals, and experience.

Albies | Visual Identity

Designer: Wally Ottenhoff
Strategist and Creative Director: Kimberly Laughlin

“I’m most proud of the way we were able to bring vibrancy and fun to the brand. The bright colors, the playful language, and the photography featuring so many cuties helped position Albie’s as the maker of flavor-driven foods kids love.” —Kimberly Laughlin, Strategist and Creative Director

“One of the main goals we were after with the update to the Albie’s brand was bringing new excitement and life to their established products. I love how fun and versatile the new color palette turned out. It felt important that kids get excited about the food they were getting at school and the new brand accomplished that perfectly.” —Wally Ottenhoff, Design Director
