Known for its commitment to quality and craftsmanship, Alcrete produces a wide range of precast products at facilities across the Southeastern U.S., helping support critical infrastructure and development projects across the region.

Alcrete partnered with Cultivate to evolve its brand as it entered a new era of growth. With multiple new facilities coming online and an ambitious leadership team at the helm, the company needed a cohesive brand strategy, visual identity, and digital presence to match its momentum—and help position it for continued expansion.

 

While Alcrete’s products were trusted in the field, the brand lacked the visibility and clarity needed to attract new customers, scale operations, and grow its workforce. It was time to sharpen the story, modernize the identity, and rally both internal and external audiences around a shared sense of purpose.

At the core of our work was a simple but powerful idea: Alcrete builds with purpose and pride. This concept became the foundation for a new brand narrative and positioning framework that spoke directly to what makes Alcrete different—its people, its values, and its relentless pursuit of progress.

From there, we designed a modern visual identity that balanced industrial strength with human warmth. The new logo, color palette, and typography system brought energy and professionalism to every touchpoint—from plant signage to hard hats to marketing materials.

To support Alcrete’s growing footprint and talent needs, we also developed a new website and multi-channel campaign that brought the brand to life. The site was designed to drive lead generation and recruitment, while the launch campaign helped raise awareness and generate excitement around Alcrete’s story, people, and impact.

The brand launched in September 2024 with immediate impact. In the months that followed:
