Positioning as a leader in the industrial manufacturing sector

Brand Architecture + Rebrand

Under new leadership, Synalloy had made great strides to improve in efficiency, safety, communication, and overall performance. Leadership approached us with a desire to show the market Synalloy’s major overhaul through a complete rebrand.

A second objective for the rebrand was to streamline communication and clarify what companies were part of Synalloy. Both the Metals and Chemicals segments contained three distinct companies. Under Synalloy Metals there was Brismet (Bristol Metals), Specialty Pipe and Tube, and American Stainless Tubing. And Synalloy Chemicals was composed of DanChem, CRI Tolling and Manufacturers Chemicals. The many entities with unique names that comprised each segment had become convoluted. Synalloy wanted a new, singular name that represented to the market their upward trajectory, and unified all the companies under their banner. This is where we came in.

“We need to show where we’re going. We need to show the market that we are in growth mode… We are a new business.”
