The company’s founder patented these tools and created the process, and then approached us with a startup in need of a story to tell. We named the company Diadem, which is the term for a jeweled crown or headband worn as a symbol of sovereignty, to position them as the leader. The tagline “What your diamond deserves” speaks to the value of your diamond as well as the care and treatment given to the consumer by the company. We also created an elegant visual identity that could be applied to all aspects of communication and designed the patented packaging.
