IAR Consulting is an executive search firm guided by experienced leaders. They help growth stage companies reach their full potential through finding ideal candidates for leadership positions. The problem IAR approached us with was one we often encounter, and one of our favorites to solve. They had built a business with a great offering and solid client base without paying much attention to the brand, visual identity, website, or putting in place digital marketing. Recognizing the potential that they could tap, they turned to us to help them cultivate their brand.
The result was a new name, Illuma Search Partners, and a compelling message delivered by a beautifully functioning website that becomes the platform to which all digital marketing traffic will be driven.
