We integrated with Ozinga’s operations systems to create a customer portal, MyOzinga, where Ozinga’s concrete customers can track their ready-mix concrete order deliveries in real-time; view past, current, and scheduled concrete orders; view KPIs for any given concrete order.
Ozinga customers are now able to place complex orders for concrete; and chat with Ozinga dispatch in real time. We also built a portal for Ozinga’s customer service team that allows them to field and fulfill customer orders and chat with customers.
